The Ohio State Educational Administration program is ranked 6th in the country according to US News and World Report.

The content found in this portfolio demonstrates the theory, knowledge, and practice that have built the foundation of my administrative philosophy and practice. Included are proposals, plans, outlines, papers, projects, research, reflections, interviews, and activities that have been organized according to the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) Standards. These standards are Vision, Instructional Leadership, Management, Community Relations, Ethics, and External Forces.

Embedded in the ISLLC Standards are the Ohio Principal Standards. These standards are Continuous Improvement, Instruction, School Operations, Resources & Learning, Collaboration, and Parents & Community Engagement.

A detailed index lists the artifacts that can be found under each ISLLC standard.

After reviewing the items in this portfolio, it is my hope that you will understand the type of administrator that I strive to be. This collection of artifacts will continue to grow as I continue to take a unique and active leadership role in my school district.
